At first I wanted to archive all my childhood dishes and
recount all recipes in chronicle logical order but I found it to be more difficult
than I thought. That thought slowly
diminish and I thought the best way was to just blog on dishes that comes up
when I am cooking from now on. With
that problem settled, I also started to ponder my cooking style; am I the
extreme foodie, the refine palette, or the down home cooking? I finally settled with… I am just a damn girl
who loves food, will try to recreate and pay tribute to all the yummy dishes I
have encounter from wonderful restaurants, can effortlessly put together a brand
new meal with leftovers, and known as the sauce queen.
